As a
Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor , you will provide leadership and oversight to a team of up to five adjusters handling New Mexico workers' compensation claims across multiple industries. You will ensure claims are investigated, evaluated, and resolved in compliance with NM jurisdictional law, CCMSI's best practices, and client handling instructions. This role requires a licensed New Mexico Adjuster with proven supervisory experience in workers' compensation. You will also play a hands-on role in training, mentoring, and coaching adjusters to ensure file quality, queue compliance, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of up to 5 adjusters handling NM workers' compensation claims. Review, assign, and monitor claim activity to ensure compliance with CCMSI standards, state laws, and client-specific handling instructions. Provide guidance and oversight on reserves, settlements, medical/legal invoices, and litigation management. Directly handle complex and litigated claims as needed. Conduct claim reviews, coach adjusters on diary and queue management, and monitor performance. Provide education, training, and ongoing development to staff. Collaborate with clients on claim reviews and reporting requirements. Ensure overall service delivery and client satisfaction through proactive file management. Qualifications
What You Bring
Required: New Mexico Adjuster's License Previous supervisory experience in workers' compensation Strong knowledge of NM workers' compensation laws and regulations Preferred: 10+ years of workers' compensation claims experience AIC, CPCU, or ARM designation Bachelor's degree Performance Metrics
Adjuster queue and diary compliance File quality through audits and supervisor reviews Team performance and client satisfaction What We Offer
