Position Summary:
The Services Dispatcher will serve as the central point of communication between our customers and technicians. This role is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching service calls while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites based on urgency, location, and availability. Communicate with customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times. Monitor the status of service calls and ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and technician activities in dispatch software. Prioritize service requests and emergencies effectively. Provide administrative support to service management as needed. Collaborate with service team to optimize scheduling and improve customer satisfaction. Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. 1+ years of experience in a dispatching, customer service, or scheduling role (preferably in a service industry). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in computer systems and dispatch or scheduling software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Benefits:
