Join the Lockheed Martin Aero F-35 PP&I Team! We're seeking a highly experienced Principal Sme in PP&I to drive excellence across the F-35 Line of Business. As a key team member, you'll develop and implement solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze/resolve planning and scheduling issues. Your expertise will help us achieve successful program outcomes and contribute to Start Green, Stay Green Goals. This position is the SME in PP&I for the F-35 Line of Business, interacting with program management, engineering, procurement, supply chain management, contracts, business management, sustainment, production and customer programs. This position will be a leading participant in the evaluation of program planning and scheduling products and practices, and will be key in the resultant remediation efforts upon identification of gaps. Candidate will also integrate and assess schedules of proposed work. Integral to Lockheed Martin's Program Management & Enterprise Performance, it organizes tasks for mission success, scheduling design, development, and sustainability of products. It breaks down products into tasks, sets sequences & durations, ensuring on-time, in-budget, desired quality outcomes. Position acts independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs. Tasks include but are not limited to collaboration with Sr. Program/Technical leadership in crafting innovative solutions to complex problems, analyze schedules and schedule products (i.e. Internal/Cross contract tech integration, IMS/EV Integrity, Sufficient Supplier representation, Ensuring all data is valid/actionable/compliant to LM and gov't guidelines), develop Root Cause/Corrective Actions & work s/ stakeholders to implement corrective actions, represent PP&I as spokesperson & SME, 1 on 1 and group coaching for planners/CAMs, collaborate with CAM & Finance SMEs across Aero & other Business Areas. In this role, you will develop/implement solutions to complex Integrated Program Planning issues, using adv. Analytical/problem-solving techniques. Identify/mitigate risks, make decisions on IPP approaches, (i.e. program risks, opportunities, trade-offs). As a liaison between Aero Central Teams and LOB Planning SMEs, facilitate knowledge sharing/drive process improvements, communicate IPP requirements and best practices to program management, engineering, and other stakeholders. Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve program planning and scheduling excellence, enabling F-35 programs to deliver successful outcomes. Must be a US Citizen. Must obtain and maintain Secret Clearance. This role may have occasional travel. Employee will be able to telecommute, but must be located near Fort Worth. Basic Qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Critical thinking and complex problem solving abilities Proficient at developing/maintaining complex Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis Experience briefing Senior Leadership and customers Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration Experiences leading a team of direct reports and cross-functional teams Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills Bachelors degree Desired Skills: Leadership experience Proposal experience Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media Demonstrated knowledge of subcontractor & government furnished equipment integration with a Prime Contractor's IMS Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience Prior Aerospace experience. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
