Job Description RLGC Law Group, PLLC seeks a talented Litigation Paralegal with 4+ years of litigation experience to join our dynamic legal team. About Us:

Our areas of expertise include Creditors Rights litigation, business litigation, title insurance defense, real estate litigation, and trusts and estates litigation. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Saratoga Springs, NY office and provide comprehensive support to our practice groups. Key Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process from the initial information-gathering stage, through discovery and trial, to the post-trial appeal process. Draft legal documents including, but not limited to, pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and pretrial agreements. Manage case preparation and file management, ensuring information is entered accurately into case management software. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to the case from a variety of resources, such as newspapers, libraries, police and fire departments, and the internet. Organize and maintain documents and evidence. Analyze and organize information to produce reports and documents for attorney review and case preparation. Assist with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits, and trial binders. Interface with clients, experts, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed. **Qualifications

** Associates degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor's degree in a related field, or Paralegal Certification. Creditors Rights litigation experience is highly preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal in a litigation environment. Knowledge of New York State laws and court procedures is essential. Ability to manage cases with minimal supervision. Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). **Wage Information:
