Corporate Litigation Paralegal

We are working exclusively with a highly respected Wilmington, Delaware-based law firm in Center City, Wilmington, DE (downtown) to recruit a skilled Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join their collaborative team. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) and competitive compensation, including a full benefits package and opportunities for growth. The paralegal will provide critical support to the firm's Corporate Litigation Practice Group, handling high-level matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and other courts. The role is ideal for someone with strong litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and summarize case materials across all phases of corporate litigation Draft routine litigation documents for attorney review, including pleadings and motions Organize and maintain complex case files; manage litigation deadlines and calendars Coordinate and track discovery, including document review and e-discovery processes Support trial and hearing preparation by indexing exhibits, managing deposition materials, and maintaining exhibit logs Provide general administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed Requirements: 810+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a law firm setting Substantial experience supporting Corporate or Chancery Court litigation Familiarity with Delaware and/or Federal Court procedures strongly preferred Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required (equivalent experience may be considered) Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and legal document management systems Strong organizational and project management abilities; ability to handle multiple active cases simultaneously Schedule & Location: Hybrid (Wilmington, DE) 3 days onsite, 2 remote Monday through Friday, 35+ hours/week, with some overtime required If you are a litigation paralegal with deep knowledge of Delaware courts and experience in corporate disputes, especially DE Chancery Court, this is a strong opportunity to join a firm that values precision, collaboration, and long-term growth.
