Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a skilled
Litigation Paralegal
on behalf of our client, a well-established litigation firm located in
Miami, FL . This is a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in both federal and state courts, while enjoying flexibility and a collaborative work environment. Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced litigation paralegal to provide critical support to a busy team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and confident handling all phases of litigation—from case inception through trial. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Draft, review, and format legal documents including motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and correspondence.
Manage document production and discovery responses, including Bates labeling, indexing, and tracking.
Perform factual research and summarize findings for use in legal strategy.
Handle electronic filing in both
federal and state courts (CM/ECF experience required) .
Maintain and monitor case calendars, deadlines, and court dockets.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 + years of
litigation paralegal experience .
Must have hands-on experience with
federal and state court procedures .
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, litigation practices, and case lifecycle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and document management systems.
Excellent organizational, research, and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule:
Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 days remote
Work Week:
35 hours (time-and-a-half paid for hours over 40)
Billable Requirement:
1,250 hours/year
