is seeking a
Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal
with
3-5+ years of experience
to join their team. This role supports
3 attorneys and 2 paralegals
and requires strong case management skills, trial preparation experience, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish. Top 3 Must-Haves
Bachelor's degree OR ABA-approved paralegal certificate E-filing experience with state and federal courts Demonstrated trial preparation experience Key Responsibilities Draft and organize legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, briefs, and trial-related documents (witness lists, exhibit lists, jury instructions). Timely and accurately e-file legal documents in compliance with state and federal court rules. Maintain and organize case files in
CasePeer
and
Dropbox , ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Manage attorney calendars and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Assist with trial preparation, including binders, exhibits, and witness/expert scheduling. Support expert discovery: expert designations, scheduling, deposition coordination, and file management. Communicate with clients and medical providers to facilitate treatment and secure medical records. Collaborate with accounting to track case-related expenses and ensure timely payments. Proactively manage active caseloads, ensuring all deadlines are met. Candidate Qualifications 3-5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required Bilingual in Spanish (native/professional proficiency)
