Hybrid Litigation Paralegal in La Jolla with Trial Experience A mid-sized law firm in La Jolla is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation, including business, employment, class action, and general liability matters. Responsibilities
Provide litigation support at depositions, trials, mediations, and arbitrations eDiscovery tasks including document review, redaction, and production Trial preparation including exhibit lists and witness preparation Draft subpoenas, discovery responses, and medical/billing summaries Summarize depositions and create page-line summaries Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program (or equivalent attestation) Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or equivalent environment Trial experience highly preferred from preparation through post judgment Proficiency with: E-discovery tools and document production management such as Relativity or Concordance Microsoft Word (2010+), Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems (a plus) Benefits & Compensation
