Job Description
Qualifications: 3-5 years of recent wholesale account management/loan processing experience in a mortgage banking company or related financial institution.
(Required) Experience with state and federal compliance regulations Experience in the reviewing income documentation and financial statements Perform duties under minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills Detail oriented, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment Team player High School Diploma or equivalent Basic Responsibilities:
Manages pipeline for all assigned Account Executives (submission to funding) Pre-underwriting loans Act as liaison between sales and operations staff Reviews loan conditions and documentation received from brokers Follow up on funding conditions Answers questions from brokers and their loan officers Meet assigned monthly closing goals Any additional projects/duties as assigned by Management Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
