The Global Specialization CoE drives sustainable growth by developing Strategy and Go-to-Market across Specialized Sellers, Product teams and supporting functions. We design and evolve the GTM for Specialists, driven by data and insights. Our CoE unlocks productivity through measurement, inspection, and best-in-class tools to support Specialist Sales.

The organization is made up of high performing global teams that are inclusive, diverse, and empowered. One of those teams is the Global Specialist Operational Excellence team, focused on best-in-class tools, processes, practices and strategic recommendations for Specialist Sales and Strategy.

The Role: This role is for a

Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst

in the Specialization CoE's

Specialist Operational Excellence team . You will support accurate Specialist Sales Reporting plus Forecasting and provide strategic recommendations for Go-To-Market planning. You will manage the weekly Global Specialist Forecast, support Forecasting/Reporting infrastructure, collaborate on BI tool development, and contribute to various analytical and operational projects. You will work with CoE leadership, Specialist Sales and Strategy leadership, and cross-functional partners to drive executive-level recommendations for Specialist Distribution teams. The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides exposure to senior executives. A successful candidate will have curiosity, operational rigor, and a passion for extracting actionable insights from data.

Key Responsibilities

Define Specialist Reporting and Forecasting models in alignment with GTM

Manage the weekly consolidated global forecast for Specialist Sales at Salesforce

Set up and maintain Google Sheets and Tableau assets for tracking and monitoring Specialist Sales performance; derive insights to identify opportunities

Create and automate queries from Snowflake to extract data from Salesforce databases, clean and format data for reporting on sales performance and trends

Build executive presentations to Senior Leaders on KPIs and analyses to provide strategic recommendations

Collaborate with the Central Analytics Team on Global Dashboards for Specialist Sales reporting and tracking; coordinate with Data Analytics, Territory Operations and Business Technology teams on field definitions

Quality assurance of Global Dashboards data by cross-referencing datasets

Support global and regional Strategy teams and Specialist Sales Leadership on operational and reporting challenges; enable Specialist Sellers on Forecasting, Tooling and Salesforce CRM rigor

Troubleshoot operational issues; drive changes to systems/processes to fix root causes

Engage in analysis and guidance for annual GTM, Capacity and Territory Planning for Specialist Sellers

Revise forecasting hierarchy and models to align with GTM for annual planning and mid-year adjustments

Contribute to other strategic projects and initiatives, including evaluating opportunities for products or business units and process improvements

Required Skills/Experience

3+ years of professional sales/product strategy, business operations or programs experience with quantitative analysis, financial modeling and sales operations

2+ years experience using Google Sheets/Excel for complex analyses and modeling

2+ years experience working with Business Analytics

Problem-solving skills with ability to break down complex problems for structured analysis and actionable recommendations

Understanding of SQL/SOQL for pulling data

Strong communication skills, including building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slide presentations

Ability to translate complicated information into consumable narratives for different audiences

Cultural competence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Flexibility to adjust to new demands, navigate ambiguity and prioritize work

High personal accountability and results orientation

Self-starter with motivation to go above and beyond when needed

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related quantitative discipline; or equivalent relevant experience

Previous international experience or global team roles

GTM Planning experience

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other CRM software

Experience aggregating large datasets using SQL, SOQL, Tableau or similar tools

Ability to automate data extraction using Airflow, Python or similar

Work experience in Software-as-a-Service or High-Technology companies

Experience in CRM Admin/Consulting; Strategy (Product or Sales), Business or Revenue Operations; Finance, Product Management; Management/Technology consulting
