Base pay range:
$50.00/hr - $70.00/hr Compensation:

Job Description Own and operate Nexthink at a top-tier tech-focused private equity firm (200 employees), driving measurable improvements in Digital Employee Experience while serving as a Level II/III end-user support specialist. High visibility, immediate impact, and strong exposure to AI initiatives, with a likely path to convert. Responsibilities
Operate and administer Nexthink to support Digital Employee Experience (DEX). Provide Level II/III end-user support with strong troubleshooting skills. Manage administration, analytics, dashboards, and proactive DEX improvements. Support Zoom and Slack administration and user assistance. Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Nexthink. Comfort with administration, analytics, dashboarding, and proactive DEX improvements. Level II/III end-user support with strong troubleshooting skills. Zoom and Slack administration/support. Strong communication and customer-facing presence; personality/culture fit is critical. Preferred Tech/Experience
Previous ownership of a DEX platform (Nexthink preferred). Experience creating investigations, campaigns, and remediation in Nexthink. Curiosity about AI and applying AI to IT operations.
