$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Job Title: Level II/III End User Support / DEX (Nexthink) Specialist

Location: Onsite in San Francisco (The Presidio)

Type: 6-Month Contract to Start (Contract-to-Hire Likely)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Compensation: $60–$80/hr —> ($150k–$170k)

A tech-focused private equity firm is seeking a skilled IT professional to take ownership of their Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, Nexthink. This role blends hands-on Level II/III end-user support with strategic platform administration, offering high visibility and impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and administer Nexthink: dashboards, investigations, campaigns, and proactive remediation
  • Provide advanced support for Windows/macOS, O365, Zoom, Slack
  • Troubleshoot endpoint and application issues using Nexthink telemetry
  • Collaborate with onsite Helpdesk and global MSP
  • Contribute to AI-forward IT initiatives and DEX strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Nexthink (administration, analytics, dashboarding)
  • Proven Level II/III support skills
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft/O365
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing presence
  • Bonus: Prior ownership of a DEX platform, AI curiosity, or PE/VC industry experience
