Vice President of Sales & Business Development
to lead strategy, growth, and client engagement across North America and Brazil. This is a senior leadership role with a long-term pathway to owning global Sales & Marketing for a highly innovative and integrated nutraceutical business. You\'ll be driving revenues, building new partnerships, and leading a high-performing commercial team. What you’ll be doing
Setting and executing commercial strategy across North America & Brazil Expanding revenues with existing clients and establishing new relationships Leading, coaching, and growing a sales organisation to exceed targets Driving market expansion, with future scope to take on global leadership Negotiating complex, high-value contracts across nutraceutical and biotech sectors What we’re looking for
Significant nutraceutical industry experience with proven sales leadership Background in CDMO & Private Label/Branded products Strong track record in negotiating complex contracts and managing key accounts Established network in North America and Brazil Entrepreneurial, collaborative leader with strong financial and commercial acumen Seniority level
