Subcontract Management Senior

You will be the Subcontract Management Senior for the ARRW Program team. Our team is responsible for managing subcontracts in support of US Department Of Defense prime contracts, ensuring supplier cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance meet program requirements. As the Subcontract Management Senior, you will be responsible for managing a set of subcontracts, including procurement management and delegation responsibility for supplier agreements and contracts. You will lead multifunctional teams and interface with program management, customer, and government teams to ensure successful subcontract execution. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing bid and proposal requests, analyzing supplier proposals, and performing price analysis Leading team negotiations, developing pre-negotiation strategies, and making source selection decisions Managing post-award subcontract functions, including cost, schedule, and technical performance, invoice reconciliation, and modification negotiations Collaborating with program and functional management teams, as well as other functional organizations We're looking for a collaborative and results-driven Subcontract Management Senior to join our team. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications: Experience with subcontract management of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the Defense Industry Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Desired Skills: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Integrated Product Teams and/or Supplier Management Teams Proficient in Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) Demonstrated Risk Management experience Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership Experience with LM P2P (SAP buying system) and Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policies (LMAP) This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
