The Finance Summer Associates Program is a highly competitive, compensated summer internship for college students interested in pursuing a career in Finance. As a Finance Summer Associate, you will participate in a full-time, 10-week internship where you will: Be placed within a unique finance function supporting Corporate Services, Health Services, or Insurance Services. Dive into financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial reporting, revenue cycle management, transaction support, and much more. Network with UPMC Executives and engage in mentorship activities. Enhance your skills with hands-on, real-world experience and training. Work on projects that make an impact on patient care while gaining knowledge on how UPMC Finance contributes to Life Changing Medicine. Give back to the Pittsburgh community through service events. Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled as sophomores or juniors pursuing a bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027. Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field required Cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred Preference will be given to candidates that have demonstrated leadership ability through their studies, employment, or extracurricular activities. Availability to participate in the Summer Associates Program full-time from June to August 2026 for approximately 10 weeks.
