Adecco is currently hiring immediately for Shipping Clerk positions in Pontiac, MI! (1st shift) These are full-time, onsite roles with excellent growth potential in a tech-enabled transportation solutions environment. Overtime and occasional weekend on-call rotation may be required based on business needs and manager approval. Pay Rate:

$ 18.00/hour Shift Details:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Note: Schedule may shift to 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM per RXO Manager direction. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are seeking long-term opportunities. Candidates must have a clean background and a strong record of good attendance. Key Responsibilities Enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and other data into customer inventory management system with

100% accuracy

.

Perform data entry and administrative functions in established computer programs.

Process shipping and receiving documents; input information from bills of lading.

Dispatch orders and provide tags for customer part selection.

Process claims for misdirected parts and update claim information in customer systems.

Conduct

quality control checks

for supplier compliance.

Support clerical and inventory control tasks as needed.

Full training is provided -

What You'll Need to Excel At a minimum, you'll need: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Clerical or data entry experience.

This job also requires the ability to: Walk and/or stand for extended periods of time.
