  • 10+ years of IT Experience, including 5+ years of Project management experience.
  • Leading AI/ML projects: Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics, and overseeing the development and implementation of AI/ML models.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination: Managing cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, managing risks, and monitoring project progress.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identifying key stakeholders, understanding their requirements, setting realistic expectations, and communicating project updates and outcomes effectively.
  • Data Management: Ensuring efficient and effective data management processes for AI projects, including data quality, security, and governance.
  • Project Delivery and Evaluation: Ensuring projects meet quality standards, tracking project performance, and conducting post-project evaluations.
Key Skills and Qualification:
  • Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g., Jira).
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts, technologies, and the AI project lifecycle (from data preparation to model deployment).
  • Data Literacy: Understanding of data concepts, data sources, data quality, and collaboration with data professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate complex AI concepts, and present project updates.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze evolving model results, make informed decisions, and navigate complex challenges.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage diverse skill sets.
  • Ethical Awareness: Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments and adapt to new technologies and evolving project requirements.
Salary Range - $110,000-$130,000 a year
