The Project Manager will lead science and technology projects in the Chicago market, overseeing planning, design, and delivery for facilities that support research, innovation, and education. Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of science and technology projects, from design through construction
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
• Oversee project documentation, approvals, and compliance with industry standards
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering growth and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience within the AEC industry, preferably with science and technology facilities
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and technical coordination
• Professional licensure (RA, PE, PMP) preferred
