Job Description:
Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Assistant site Superintendent in commercial and industrial building.
The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:
Coordinate Field Activities Schedule tasks, project resources & field coordination including but not limited to Subcontractors Enforce safety Site visits Prepare daily reports Cost control RFIs Change orders Value Engineering
Qualifications:
Qualified individual will have successfully executed minimum 2 projects in the range of
$5 million to $10 million Must have 5+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training Must be able to read Blue Print & Specifications Must have federal or public work experience School construction experience a plus Computer Skills: email, Microsoft word, excel, RFI Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Bachelor of Civil Engineering is a plus.
