Compensation Hourly Rate: $19–$22, based on experience Responsibilities of a Bilingual Office Admin:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and staff. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Draft professional letters, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Handle a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems. Welcome visitors and ensure a friendly, professional office environment. Assist with planning and coordinating company events. Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is well-stocked. Process invoices and expense reports accurately and on time. Adapt to additional administrative needs, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

Qualifications of a Bilingual Office Admin:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (required). High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) a plus. 1–2 years of proven administrative experience.
