Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist– FMLA Coverage AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to cover an FMLA leave during the 2025–2026 school year. This position will be based on-site at a preschool in Glen Ellyn, IL, where you will support early childhood students with a variety of needs. Position Details
Location: Glen Ellyn, IL Position Type: Full-Time, 35 hours per week Duration: January – early May 2026 (with the possibility of extension through June 8, 2026) Schedule: 8:15 am – 3:45 pm Setting: On-site Caseload: Fewer than 30 preschool students, ranging from speech-only needs to more intensive supports Responsibilities
Provide bilingual speech-language therapy services in English and Spanish. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver direct and consultative services to students. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support communication development. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings. Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Illinois SLP License through IDFPR Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required Early childhood or preschool experience preferred Compensation
Annualized Salary: $63,000 – $78,000 Hourly: $51 – $63 per hour
