For the 2025–2026 school year, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve primary-grade students (Pre-K–2nd Grade) in Gages Lake, IL. This role will help manage caseload overflow across the district’s early learning and primary classrooms, making a direct impact on young learners’ communication development. Responsibilities
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K–2nd Grade Support students across early childhood and primary classrooms, including life learning (functional programs), structured learning (students on the spectrum), self-contained, and general education Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support communication in classroom and individual settings Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders Use Embrace for IEP management and compliance Participate in team meetings, professional development, and trainings Enjoy access to a dedicated office space for therapy and planning Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $54,000–$67,000 (annualized) or $43.83–$54.39/hour, based on experience Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on start date Benefits Include:
