Priority Staffing Group is seeking to fill multiple serving positions for a locally owned restaurant located in Marion. We are searching for friendly, attentive, and efficient Servers to provide an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival. Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Communicate orders to kitchen staff and ensure timely service. Serve food and beverages to guests in an organized and polite manner. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests. Handle guest payments accurately and responsibly. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with other restaurant staff and kitchen team.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Strong attention to detail and memory for menus and orders. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
