Come join our team! As

a Distribution Associate , you will support the distribution department by putting away products to their storage area, and picking orders, per Work Instructions. You will affix shipping labels and other documents to the appropriate shipping containers. Your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure accurate picking, labeling, and packing, contributing to the smooth flow of materials through our warehouse operations.

Schedule: Shift 1: Day Shift (8 hours)

Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Shift 2: Evening Shift (8 hours) - Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Essential Duties Using a pallet jack, put away units of materials to designated storage within the warehouse, using company mandated Warehouse Management (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, in accordance with distribution center policies. Prepare outbound shipments by WMS-issued Pick Tasks as assigned within the company warehouse management and enterprise resource planning systems, in accordance with Distribution Center policies and any additional customer requirements expressed in Work Instructions. Affix provided shipping labels and packing lists, per distribution procedure and Work Instructions, onto shipping units (Carton, Slip Sheet, Pallet, Gaylord, etc) accurately and securely, ensuring that each shipping unit is properly identified for shipment or storage. Inspect labels and shipping units for accuracy, legibility, and adherence to quality standards. Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors for resolution. Assist with inventory management tasks, such as counting, recording, or organizing stock, to maintain accurate inventory records and facilitate efficient order fulfillment, utilizing company mandated warehouse management and enterprise resource planning systems, in accordance with distribution center policies. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties, including proper operation of equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates and distribution team members to achieve daily goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in warehouse or distribution environment preferred but not required. Ability to operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently. Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move boxes and materials as needed.
