Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join a leading international law firm’s Miami office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong litigation experience to join a collaborative and dynamic team that handles complex business and commercial disputes. Responsibilities As a Mid-Level Associate, you will: Manage cases from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and preparing for trials or settlements.
Work closely with clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and building trusted relationships.
Conduct legal research and draft briefs, contracts, and correspondence.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to develop and execute effective case strategies.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay informed on developments in relevant laws and precedents.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Contribute to pro bono initiatives that expand access to justice.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 4 years of strong litigation experience in a law firm setting.
Federal court clerkship experience is a plus.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range:
$310,000 – $390,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.

Hybrid work schedule (regular in-office presence with some flexibility to work remotely).
