Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in
Florida , in good standing.
4-6 years
of
general litigation experience
across a broad range of practices.
Prior
law firm experience
is
required (link removed)> Highly proficient in
managing cases
from inception to resolution, including conducting
legal research , preparing for
trial , drafting
legal documents , and
appearing in court (link removed)> Completion of a
federal court
clerkship
is
preferred (link removed)> Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a meticulous attention to detail and sound business judgment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication, writing, legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception to resolution , including participating in depositions, hearings, and trials.
Support
senior attorneys in
case development ,
strategy , and

trial preparation
and
discovery , including drafting discovery requests and responses, and reviewing evidence.
Conduct
legal
research
and
draft
memoranda, motions, briefs, and other
court filings (link removed)> Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Engage in pro bono matters to support underserved communities.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from
$310,000-$390,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors.
Discretionary
bonus
