Job Description Salary: Shawmut is seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Handyman to assist with light maintenance and repair duties. This role is ideal for a retired individual looking for part-time work. The successful candidate will handle various light duties, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform light repairs and maintenance around the property Assist with carpentry projects and repairs Conduct basic electrical work, such as replacing bulbs, switches and outlets Handle plumbing tasks like fixing replacement of fixtures, leaks and unclogging drains Communicate effectively with team members and property management Qualifications: Prior experience in handyman work, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing preferred Ability to perform light maintenance tasks independently Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Good communication skills
