Director of Sales Operations – EmpowerHome Full-Time | In-Office | Leadership Role The
Director of Sales Operations
is a mission-critical leader at EmpowerHome, responsible for driving performance, ensuring smooth business execution, and fostering sustainable growth at the local level. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational sales leader on the ground — onboarding new agents, coaching them through our proven systems, and equipping the entire team to deliver world-class client service and results. You’ll combine leadership, sales operations expertise, and a coaching mindset to accelerate both agent success and company growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead the

client service and conversion strategies Monitor performance metrics to ensure sales goals are achieved Drive operational efficiency and smooth business execution across the office Foster a

$85,000 Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Performance Management Assign team-generated appointments to agents strategically to maximize conversion and sales outcomes Monitor agent performance and conversion metrics; adjust appointment distribution as needed Provide hands-on coaching to new agents through their first five transactions Guide agents in writing contracts, listing agreements, and buyer agreements Ensure consistent use of EmpowerHome’s proven processes Support agents in transitioning quickly and smoothly into production Enforce CRM best practices, including timely follow-up and pipeline management Track, analyze, and report on agent conversion numbers to align with sales goals Operational Leadership Oversee the daily operational activities of the office Train operational staff (listing managers, transaction coordinators) on location-specific procedures Manage and support office personnel to ensure efficient day-to-day operations Cross-train on operational roles to provide coverage when needed Manage the location budget, including AP/AR tracking and expense approvals Handle compliance and paperwork processes with the Market Center (leases, financial documentation, etc.) Onboarding & Training Lead onboarding for all new agents, ensuring a smooth launch into production Integrate new team members into EmpowerHome’s culture, systems, and workflows Team & Client Experience Plan and execute local team and client events in collaboration with HQ Marketing Act as the primary communication link between local team members and HQ leadership Monitor and foster team morale, creating a positive and productive environment Systems Management & Reporting Review Real Estate Tracking & Management software (CTE or similar) daily for accuracy Oversee CRM follow-up systems, objection handling, and note documentation Support rollout of new lead generation initiatives (Sign System, Open House System, Success Story System, etc.) Prepare agendas and materials for area team meetings Share updates and coordinate with Market Center leadership to ensure alignment
Qualifications:
Desired Competencies & Skills Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a results-driven mindset Proven experience in operational and organizational management High proficiency in
sales data analysis and CRM systems Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines Strong attention to detail with a commitment to operational excellence Financial acumen, including the ability to manage and track budgets Clear and effective communication skills across all levels of the organization Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience
in sales operations, real estate operations, or related fields Active Real Estate License required Experience managing operational staff and coaching sales professionals In-depth understanding of the residential real estate process Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with real estate CRMs and tracking tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service Computer proficiency required, including MS Office, GSuite, CTM, CRMs, MLS, etc. Compensation Base Salary:
$55,000 – $65,000 annually Bonus Potential: $10,000–$20,000+ in the first year $20,000+ after the first full year Profit Share:
2% of net profit growth year-over-year (paid monthly in arrears) Production Bonus:
