About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented, systems-focused professional to help maintain consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across our top-producing real estate team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with agents and leadership to review performance data, ensure CRM and process compliance, and provide clear follow-up to keep things on track.
This is not a sales leadership role—you won’t be managing a sales team or driving quotas. Instead, you’ll focus on monitoring activity, reinforcing established workflows, and helping agents stay aligned with proven systems that support their success. If you enjoy organizing information, identifying trends, and communicating clearly with others, this role is for you.

Working Here In-person position at our St. Charles office Standard 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid meal break Must be comfortable using a computer for most of the workday and engaging with agents directly Compensation Base Salary:
$50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience Benefits:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Performance Tracking: Monitor daily agent activity in Lofty CRM (calls, texts, tasks completed, response times) Track and report conversion metrics (lead to appointment, appointment to close) Maintain dashboards and team leaderboards for visibility into activity and trends Accountability & Process Compliance: Conduct brief check-ins with agents to review performance data, highlight gaps, and confirm next steps Drive the adoption of CRM tools and team systems that are already in place Identify ongoing process issues and escalate concerns to leadership when necessary Systems & Operations Support: Ensure consistent CRM usage and accurate data entry across the team Provide guidance and reminders to keep agents aligned with established workflows Support onboarding for new agents to ensure they understand system and process expectations Collaboration & Communication: Partner with agents, leadership, and administrative staff to maintain a smooth pipeline Communicate expectations clearly, professionally, and constructively Use data as a foundation for conversations—focusing on solutions and improvement Tools & Systems Lofty CRM
– for tracking agent activity and managing contact data Google Sheets / Excel
– for reporting and performance dashboards MLS & other real estate CRMs
(e.g., Follow Up Boss, Chime, BoomTown) – helpful background Qualifications:
