Job Description Description: We’re seeking a driven, service-oriented sales leader to spearhead growth in our charter division. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead with expertise, cultivate lasting client relationships, and drive top-line revenue through thoughtful, personalized charter solutions. The ideal candidate brings a proven record in luxury or aviation charter sales and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support a team of Charter Sales Specialists Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews to ensure sales targets are met Drive sales performance by managing inbound and outbound charter requests Prepare and present customized charter quotes with a strong emphasis on closing high-conversion leads Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new markets and verticals (corporate, luxury travel, VIP, etc.) Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value charter clients Provide white-glove service throughout the sales and booking process, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat bookings and referrals Work closely with flight operations, Maintenance, and scheduling, to ensure quote feasibility Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and promotional efforts Partner with finance to ensure accurate pricing and margin control Maintain and manage accurate records of client interactions and deals in CRM NetSuite Represent at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and partnerships Track performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports Offer input into pricing strategy, product offerings, and service packages to improve competitiveness Requirements:
3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in aviation, luxury travel, or charter services Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with private aviation, charter operations, or FAA regulations a plus Proficient in NetSuite CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with AirMax or similar charter sales platforms preferred Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours or weekends as needed to support clients
