Private Jets Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our charter sales efforts under 14 CFR Part 135 operations. This is a senior-level opportunity for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in aviation sales, client relationship management, and revenue growth. Overview

Senior Sales Manager Private Jets, Inc. responsible for driving charter sales, managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate accounts, and brokers, and ensuring compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations. Responsibilities Drive sales and revenue growth across charter operations, focusing on high-net-worth individuals, corporate accounts, and brokers. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the private aviation sector. Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships, ensuring superior service and retention. Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and flight support teams to align sales commitments with aircraft availability and regulatory requirements. Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing while maintaining compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations. Lead, mentor, and support sales team members in achieving individual and collective targets. Provide regular reporting and market analysis to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in private aviation, charter brokerage, or related industry (Part 135 experience required). Strong knowledge of FAA Part 135 operational requirements and industry best practices. Demonstrated success in generating new business and managing high-value accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a sales team. Proficient in CRM platforms and marketing initiatives a plus.
