As an integral part of our team, you’ll conduct student assessments, develop and implement tailored intervention strategies, and collaborate with educators and families to remove barriers to learning. Your expertise will directly influence students' academic performance, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
Job Duties Overview: Foster a welcoming, student-centered environment that encourages growth, inclusion, and resilience.
Deliver direct psychological services, including assessments, counseling, and intervention planning.
Partner with families, teachers, and support personnel to create and carry out individualized support plans.
Contribute to building a positive school culture where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique strengths and needs.
Facilitate professional development sessions to provide school staff with practical strategies for promoting student learning and well-being.
Requirements
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
Valid Illinois PEL with School Psychologist endorsement.
Experience working with adolescents in a school setting is preferred.
