Position Brief: Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines.
Provide individual and small-group counseling tailored to student needs.
Participate in the development and monitoring of 504 Plans and interventions.
Promote equity, inclusion, and positive mental health practices throughout the school community.
Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments to guide individualized supports.
Collaborate closely with administrators, educators, families, and support staff to address barriers to learning.
Requirements Qualifications for this position include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology and a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement. Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in assessment, consultation, and collaboration, with prior experience working with adolescents in a school setting preferred.
