Role Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Duties and responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Update and maintain office policies and procedures Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain contact lists Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors All other duties assigned by management. Experience/Qualifications: High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Skills and Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional lifting of light to moderate items may be required. Schedule Core business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday Work Location: In-Office Job Type:
