As we continue to scale, we’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to join our Delivery team. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the successful implementation of the Nuqleous platform and solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll serve as the bridge between our customers, product, and engineering teams – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum value realized by our clients.

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementation and integration projects. You will be responsible for managing technical project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring the successful delivery of Nuqleous solutions.
As a TPM, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle, while serving as the primary point of accountability for execution with enterprise clients. Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution Own the end-to-end planning and execution of implementation and technical projects for enterprise clients. Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and manage detailed project plans, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and milestone reviews.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary project contact for enterprise clients during onboarding and technical implementations. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly set and met. Provide regular status updates, executive readouts, and project dashboards to both internal and external audiences.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
Anticipate and mitigate risks by identifying dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential blockers early. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, technical specifications, and client requirements. Drive accountability across internal and external teams to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate client requirements into technical solutions. Work closely with Customer Success and Support to ensure seamless handoff post-implementation. Provide feedback from implementation projects to influence product roadmap and service improvements.
Process & Continuous Improvement
Contribute to delivery playbooks, templates, and best practices to improve scalability and repeatability. Track and report on key delivery metrics, including on-time delivery rates and implementation cycle times. Mentor junior project coordinators and team members as the organization scales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ in SaaS, retail tech, or analytics implementations. Proven track record of leading technical projects with enterprise clients. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable presenting to executive and technical audiences. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project management tools. Technical aptitude with experience managing integrations, data flows, and platform implementations. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification. Prior experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail industry. Familiarity with SaaS implementations involving predictive analytics, data platforms, or retail execution tools. Experience managing projects with APIs, data integrations, and multi-system dependencies.
