Job Description Description: Dove Robotics is redefining the future of automated cannabis co-packing with cutting-edge manufacturing technology and a relentless focus on quality and throughput. The Accounting & Office Coordinator will handle day-to-day financial administration, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), transaction recording, vendor/customer billing, and inventory support. This role also covers key office management functions such as recordkeeping, reporting, and general administrative support. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring financial accuracy, operational organization, and administrative follow-through while the leadership team focuses on scaling.

Accounting · Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments (AP). Track customer invoicing, collections, and payment application (AR). Record and reconcile daily/weekly financial transactions in accounting systems. Support inventory tracking and cost reconciliation in coordination with Operations. Maintain organized records of all financial and operational documentation. Assist with preparing monthly cash flow and expense reports for executives. Office & Administrative Support Maintain financial filing systems, both digital and physical. Coordinate vendor communications (invoices, payment status, W-9s, etc.). Support onboarding of new

suppliers/customers

from a

accounting/administration

perspective. Provide basic HR/payroll support (timesheets, employee reimbursements, benefits paperwork). Assist executives with administrative tasks tied to finance and operations. Process Improvement & Growth Identify opportunities to streamline transaction tracking and reporting. Assist with developing scalable systems as the company grows Provide ad-hoc support for special projects (e.g., audits, reporting, software migration). Requirements: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business preferred (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, AR/AP, or accounting operations (startup or manufacturing experience a plus). Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; ERP/accounting software experience desirable. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities. Strong communication skills for vendor, customer, and internal team interactions.
