For the 2025–2026 school year, we are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide

onsite

support 2.5 days per week to early childhood students in Framingham, Massachusetts. In this part-time role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support young students’ speech and language development. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact in students’ lives while growing within a mission-driven organization that values collaboration, support, and the well-being of both students and clinicians. Responsibilities

Provide part-time speech and language therapy services to early childhood students (Pre-K), two and a half days per week, 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address early speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize Embrace system for IEP management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Range:

$50.00-$60.00/hour , based on experience and qualifications. Employees who work fewer than 30 hours per week are considered part-time and are eligible for AnthroMed’s 401(k) retirement plan. This comes with a 100% employer match up to first 3% employee contribution.

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts

(

DESE and mass.gov) . Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply! We provide dedicated supervision and support to help you successfully complete your CF experience.
