AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to Kindergarten – 5th grade students in Ayer, Massachusetts. This full-time role begins August 25th, 2025, and runs through June 15th, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with elementary students across a variety of ages and abilities and contribute to their multimodal communication development. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to address speech and language needs while growing within a supportive and mission-driven organization. Responsibilities
Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday, to Kindergarten – 5th grade students. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address early speech and language developmental needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders. Utilize IEP system for management and compliance. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities. Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.
Pay & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 annualized salary or $48.70-$56.82/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date. Benefits:

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing). Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts (DESE and mass.gov). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP. New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply!
