Enterprise AI team, housed within the IT department , is at the forefront of developing and deploying AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and value across the business. We’re seeking a
business-minded Project Manager
who can operate almost like a strategic consultant or salesperson—someone who can understand business needs, build buy-in across departments, and translate ideas into actionable projects. This individual will be the bridge between technical AI experts and business units such as operations, engineering, finance, and supply chain. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders across multiple units (operations, engineering, systems, commercial) to identify opportunities where AI can drive measurable value. Act as a
liaison and advocate
for the Enterprise AI team, ensuring stakeholder needs are captured, prioritized, and translated into clear project objectives. Develop and deliver
compelling presentations and proposals
to senior leadership, demonstrating the business case, value, and progress of AI initiatives. Manage the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, timelines, execution, and delivery. Ensure cross-functional alignment and foster collaboration between technical teams and business partners. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to uncover requirements and build consensus. Proactively monitor risks, issues, and opportunities, recommending adjustments as needed to keep projects on track. Stay current on emerging AI trends and communicate their potential business applications to leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a client-facing role (consulting, sales, marketing, business operations). Strong
business acumen and communication skills —able to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of
driving cross-functional projects
that deliver measurable business outcomes. Ability to translate complex technical or AI concepts into clear business language and value propositions. Highly organized, self-starter with excellent follow-through and attention to detail. Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital platforms, AI concepts, and data-driven decision making. Preferred Qualifications Experience in
oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors . Exposure to
AI, data science, or digital transformation projects . Familiarity with
business process improvement, change management, or solution selling . Background in roles requiring consultative or sales-like communication (business development, account management, client services).
