Job Description Salary: Labelink is looking for an experienced Press Operator for our Elk Grove Village, IL facility.

Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Overtime opportunities as needed. Temporary full-time position with the possibility of permanent. What Youll Do: Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely Review production schedules and coordinate with the Scheduler or Supervisor on job priorities Ensure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each run Monitor press performance and product quality throughout the job Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor maintenance as needed Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and lockout/tagout protocols Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems Work closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiency Assist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectations Maintain a clean, organized work area What Were Looking For: 3+ years of press operating experience Strong knowledge of printing presses and related equipment Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions Solid understanding of production processes and quality control Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently Good math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude Forklift operation skills a plus (training available) Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Our Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Insurance HSA & HRA options 401K with employer match $0.50 on the dollar up to 10% (after one year) 10 Paid Holidays eligible on day one Paid Vacation
