Digital Press Operator Assistant
Location: Phoenix, Arizona Company: Georgia-Pacific Career Field: Operations & Manufacturing Job Number: 146557 The Digital Press Operator Assistant will assist in the operation of the digital press. The role involves supporting the press operator in setting up, operating, and maintaining the press to ensure efficient and high-quality production. The assistant will also help in troubleshooting issues, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities include: Assisting in the setup and operation of the digital press. Supporting the press operator in maintaining equipment and ensuring it operates efficiently. Troubleshooting minor issues and reporting significant problems to the supervisor. Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Helping in the preparation of materials and assisting with the loading and unloading of the press. Requirements: Previous experience in press operation or related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Basic knowledge of digital printing processes.
