The Role We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist who goes beyond the basics. This position is responsible for ensuring shipments are processed accurately, inventory is maintained with precision, and
production/delivery
needs are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to support both the warehouse and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using ERP systems and freight tools. Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies. Package, palletize, and prepare shipments with correct labeling and documentation. Partner with the production team to pull and stage materials. Safely operate forklifts for loading/unloading and warehouse organization. Deliver products to local customers using a 14-ft. company box truck. Support general warehouse and production operations. Qualifications
2+ years of warehouse/shipping experience. Strong computer skills; familiar with ERP systems. Experience preparing and reviewing Bills of Lading, including partial shipments. Knowledge of coordinating and scheduling LTL freight shipments. Forklift experience and valid Class C driver’s license. Able to lift up to 70 lbs. Detail-focused, safety-minded, and collaborative.
