This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and maintenance. The supervisor will coordinate schedules, train new staff, and monitor performance to maintain efficiency and quality. Additionally, they will collaborate with management to implement cleaning protocols and address any guest concerns promptly.
