Position Overview: We’re looking for a smart, gritty, and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Enterprise Account Services team at BuildASign. This role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to learn, eager to win, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our revenue engine—identifying high-potential leads, executing outreach campaigns, and surfacing valuable insights from the market. You’ll partner closely with our BDR Manager and broader Sales team to build pipeline across several key initiatives, including converting BuildASign’s e-commerce business buyers into corporate accounts and supporting strategic campaigns. We value coachable, self-motivated team players who are both responsive to direction and proactive in identifying patterns and opportunities. Drive top-of-funnel activity through high-volume outreach (cold calls, email, social selling, etc.) targeting ideal customer profiles.

Execute and provide feedback on strategic campaigns including: Business buyer conversion to corporate accounts

Reactivation of lapsed customers

Launch support for new clients and product lines

Buyer-specific or seasonal campaign execution

Research and identify key decision-makers, qualifying opportunities using structured criteria.

Present BuildASign’s value proposition in a clear and compelling way to drive interest and action.

Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives and Account Managers.

Maintain accurate records and activity logs in HubSpot and other sales tools.

Share market feedback, objections, and emerging trends to help refine targeting and messaging.

Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

1+ year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or outreach-heavy roles preferred.

Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot a plus) and outreach platforms.

Understanding or interest in franchise, real estate, or mid-market verticals is a plus.

Must reside in the state of Texas.

Availability for in-office collaboration every Tuesday & Wednesday in our Austin office.
