212 Clayton High Rise Apartments Our Leasing Consultant will assist prospective residents with pre-leasing activities, support new residents’ move-in activities, support site-specific marketing initiatives, and use social media to communicate with the community. Participate in marketing initiatives for the property. Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents. Ability to conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow-up needed. Uphold ethical standards, fair housing regulations, and company policies in all leasing activities Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in multifamily apartment Leasing High-Rise Luxury experience Strong customer service skills. Yardi CRM experience
