Avalon, Magnolia & Chesterfield Place Apartments Our Leasing Consultant will assist prospective residents with pre-leasing activities, support new residents’ move-in activities, support site-specific marketing initiatives, and use social media to communicate with the community. Ability to conduct all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow-up needed. Uphold ethical standards, fair housing regulations, and company policies in all leasing activities Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in multifamily property management leasing Strong customer service skills. Entrata experience preferred Weekend work required #SCLC
