The Materials Coordinator I supports product development by assisting in the purchasing, tracking, and handling of prototype parts and materials.

Duties and Responsibilities: Perform basic material handling, inventory counts, and general hardware lab support Assist with ordering prototype materials and services, following standard procedures Track prototype material orders, inventory, tools, and equipment with guidance from senior staff Support engineers by preparing simple kits and delivering materials as directed Resolve routine order or delivery issues with support from management Learn and apply company processes and systems Require the employee to drive to vendor sites to pick up materials Requirements Core Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Basic knowledge of electronic and mechanical parts Proficiency with Excel and basic ERP systems

Preferred Requirements: Internship or

warehouse/procurement

exposure Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Atlassian JIRA Experience in an aerospace environment

Travel: Some local travel will be required Reliable transportation or ability to travel to vendor sites for delivery duties Benefits The starting pay range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
