This role plays a vital part in attracting top talent and supporting HR initiatives that foster organizational growth. This role is 100% onsite in Huntley. Job Description: The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts and developing innovative strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates. This position works closely with leaders across the business to ensure hiring goals are met and compliance standards are upheld. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruiting process, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires. Partner with managers to create job descriptions, salary benchmarks, and candidate profiles. Utilize multiple sourcing methods to build a pipeline of qualified applicants. Collaborate with external staffing partners when needed for hard-to-fill positions. Coordinate interviews, prepare questions, and participate in candidate evaluations. Conduct reference checks and verify credentials prior to hire. Support the offer process by advising on compensation, start dates, and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies. Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and professional networking opportunities. Contribute to HR initiatives such as performance management, training, and employee engagement. Assist with policy updates, handbook maintenance, and communication of HR practices. Help organize company-sponsored events and employee recognition programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Bilingual in Spanish, conversationally is OK Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or corporate setting. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, hiring practices, and HR compliance requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships at all levels. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Additional Details: This is a full-time, onsite position. The recruiter will collaborate directly with leadership to drive hiring outcomes and contribute to HR initiatives across the business.
