We are seeking a Guardianship & Probate Paralegal to work from our Jupiter, Florida, office. This role involves managing sensitive legal matters, drafting essential documents, and supporting the attorney through every stage of the process. It’s ideal for someone experienced in Florida guardianship and probate law who values precision, empathy, and a collaborative team environment. Compensation:

$65,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities:

Draft and manage court documents, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and final reports File documents with the Florida courts and monitor deadlines Coordinate with court staff, clients, and outside professionals Maintain organized case files and assist with preparation for hearings Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families Qualifications:
