Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Regional Quality Manager job for our direct client in St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will lead the quality departments at two locations (St. Louis and Lavergne), delivering measurable results and sustainable improvements in product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance. You will be responsible for driving quality initiatives across the business, managing quality assurance staff, overseeing customer complaint resolution and CAPA processes, supporting compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and SQF certification, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize and enhance processes. Regional Quality Manager Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage the quality function across multiple sites, setting clear expectations and driving accountability Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and industry certifications such as GMP, SQF, and QMS Manage QA personnel and foster a culture of continuous improvement and error-proofing Lead investigations for customer complaints, RMAs, and internal quality issues using root cause analysis and CAPA Collaborate with operations, production, and engineering teams to standardize processes and mitigate risks Support audits
(internal/external)
and prepare necessary documentation for compliance and certification efforts Implement and track quality metrics and performance indicators to ensure consistent improvement Train, coach, and develop cross-functional teams on quality systems, problem-solving, and risk mitigation Support quality initiatives across the company and collaborate with other Quality Managers Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in quality or process improvement within a manufacturing environment Experience with SQF or similar quality and compliance programs Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments Proficient in root cause analysis, CAPA, quality systems, and quality-related reporting ASQ certification and Six Sigma training preferred Printing industry experience is a plus If you are interested in this Regional Quality Manager job in St. Louis, MO, please apply now to be connected with a member of our team.
